How to Help the Scott Hannon Memorial Foundation
As a Foundation driven to do more and more for hurting children, individual and corporate sponsorships are critical. They are the lifeblood of our Foundation.
Some very benevolent companies and individuals have come on board over the years based on several factors. First and mainly, the lives of children are being impacted in a positive way by my donation, and secondly, nearly 100% of every dollar I give gets into the hand of a needy child. The Foundation operates on a volunteer basis, which means that it pays no salaries, no fees to fund-raisers, and reimburses no personal expenses. If we have a dollar, we will find a child who needs a dollar.
The supporters of The Scott Hannon Foundation are seeing their money do some amazing things. From scholarships, summer camps, and gas cards for cancer patients, to Christmas shopping trips and nights at the circus. Every dollar is having an impact. Our mission statement says that we strive to “improve the self-esteem and heal the hurts of children by providing hope, love, and needed assistance”.
